Our specialist Yacht Management Team include highly skilled naval architects, engineering officers and master mariners who understand every aspect of new yacht construction and refitting. They will work closely with a senior project manager, who will be your dedicated point of contact from inception to launch. We will manage each construction phase, monitor contractors’ technical and financial performance, arrange all surveys, manage classification, flag and technical regulatory paperwork and finally, launch and deliver the yacht that you need and want.
