Hailing from London, Miles initially started his career in marine underwriting until moving further afield to explore employment on charter yachts and in ski resorts, where he became fluent in French.
Amassing a great deal of knowledge from his travels, he ventured through Asia and Australia for one year.
Whilst in France, Miles attained his Yachtmasters certificate and worked as first mate on board a 36m catamaran, seeing this through from build to sale. This taste of sales motivated his next step into yacht brokerage, based in Hong Kong. Creating a strong client base throughout Asia, Miles continued to complete an array of large yacht sales leading to superyacht refits. With his specialist knowledge for importing and unique ability to identify suitable yachts for clients, together with integrity, honesty and profound yachting knowledge, Miles is highly regarded by clients and industry colleagues alike.
